FYI:  Three Bolivian butterflies are being  added to Appendix III of the 
Convention on International Trade in Endangered  Species (CITES).  
International trade in species listed in Appendix III  must be accompanied by paperwork 
that ensures that the specimen(s) was legally  acquired (i.e., according to 
local/national laws). Appendix III listings help  range countries ensure 
that their national legislation regarding wildlife trade  is being followed.
