The decision to switch their dairy farm to organic from conventional was easy for Arnold and Jeannette Van Os. An ill family member who explored alternative treatment helped give the couple the push they needed to try something different when Alberta Milk looked for dairy producers interested in organic milk production. Standards Interpretation Committee Nominations

The Canada Organic Office, in cooperation with the Organic Federation of Canada, has established a permanent system for interpretation of the Canadian Organic Standards, including the Standards Interpretation Committee (SIC).
