I'm going ahead with Sunday, March 14th.  Thanks to a number
of donations from individuals, I can afford the Redwood Community Park Bldg
_and_ should be able to rent the rights to show Tron.

We'll get 10 hours at the facility.  I figure we need somewhere
around 1.5 to 2 hrs to setup, and at least 1hr to break down.
(I think maybe some of the break-down can be done while screening
a film).

Sal is coming from Oregon.  Many of the rest of you are coming
from the greater SF Bay Area.

What TIME should this event be held?  We can start setting up
as early as 8am (yuck!).  At the other extreme, we can stay
as late as 10pm (probably also not a good idea).

Maybe 10:30am-8:30pm?  Open the doors at 12pm (after 1.5hr
for setup).  Start shutting down the games, and start
screening Tron at 6:30pm (it's 96mins long, so would be over
with about 30mins left to wrap things up).


I need to tell the city what hours we want the place,
so hopefully those who have strong feelings can get me your
feedback before Monday!
