Ok, so unless y'all revolt against me, I'm going for 6/11.  It may need to
end at 5:30pm, unless they get their security system ironed out (and we
can use it afgter-hours... in which case I'd sched thru 9pm or so).

If you all convince me to do it earlier, I'll need to spend nearly 95% of
what's been donated (monitarily) to rent the Redwood Park facility
(plus I'd have to put down a deposit, which will be out-of-pocket, though
only temporarily).  So that'd mean no movie (which, of course, I'm ok with...
movie isn't the objective of the event, just a fun bonus).
