tertulias. Les  voy a extrañar mucho y les espero un buen año.

(Directions:  If  you are coming from the south along Sacramento St, go 
past University Ave and  take the 3rd left onto Delaware. This is the street 
that runs on the south side  of BART.  Go past BART and take the  1st right 
onto Franklin.  Go 2  blocks and turn right onto Virginia.  Karl is on right 
near the end of the block.  This seems like a round-about route, but  Karl’s 
street has a traffic diversion that doesn’t permit access straight down  
Virginia from BART. (For alternate  directions, use Mapquest or Yahoo Maps)
