[HECnet] Integrating with the Italian network.

  I would like to join HECnet which might lure some other guys in Slovenia to
  join us. Would area 3 and Multinet-Multinet tunnel be OK?

    I have got now 3 area routers in area 3 ready on fixed IP addresses
and capable of Multinet tunneling. They are:
  NUK1c   3.171             193.2.191.211
  RVDSXL   3.47             193.2.191.212
  MUSIPC   3.222         84.255.246.85
Is MIM node database accessible via TCP/IP too?
