[HECnet] DECtec Wiki Blue Theme?

If anyone knows the Pantone number for DEC blue, that would be great.

All I ever saw were references to a DEC standard for corporate colors, but I never saw the standard itself.   Perhaps that mentioned Pantone numbers.   If not, I wonder what it used instead...
