[HECnet] More silly RSX questions [still no joy}

  I modified my simh configuration to include the second DL[V]11 style
serial port on the 11/53.   As Johnny predicted, this does indeed move the
floating vector for the DZ11/CXY08.   No joy, however.   It doesn't make any
different to RSX - ACF still dies as before.   The entire log, including the
simulator configuration, is attached in anybody wants to double check that
I'm not doing something stupid.

  And I verified again that I can simply set the CPU type to 11/23 and it'll
work fine.   There are no other configuration changes except the CPU.
