[HECnet] digest mode for list

Yeah, I already tried that. This version of majordomo does support
digests, but it needs to be configured on the server first. So my
sending commands to switch to digest mode failed.

Good question. I'm not sure if the (old version of) majordomo we're 
running have that function.

Try just sending "help" to majordomo, and see what it supports...
