[HECnet] Hooking up DECUSERVE / EISNER to HECnet?

I don't know, I suppose the EISNER sysadmin team.

They have DECNET installed but I don't think it's talking to anything, would be very cool to get them on HECnet, there's like 10+ logged in users right now, active.
