[HECnet] [DECtec] time-critical, need RSX sysgen help

Dave,

Try the RSTS/E install on the 11/34.  If you can,  try the RSX-11M build on the 11/44.  If RSTS/E fails then it is probably hardware.  If RSX-11M fails then it is probably the distribution media.
