[HECnet] [DECtec] time-critical, need RSX sysgen help

  I can't; the 11/34 doesn't have enough disk to do a RSTS/E install.
Two RL02s don't cut it for v10.1.  I could trim it down and redistribute
stuff across the disks, but that would take a day of work, which I don't
have time for. :-(
