  The person with the dynamic IP would be the originating (aka "active") side.  The person with the static IP would be the listening side.  Multinet doesn't care what the IP of the active side might be, so the dynamic IP would not be an issue.

  Of course, you're router would have to forward all port 700 traffic this way so maybe you're back to DDoS nightmares...
