[HECnet] New system online

Speaking of which, I was wondering if maybe Johnny thinks it would be
a good idea to add a column to the web-based node list which shows
whether or not the particular system has a guest account, or offers
user accounts? The question of which nodes are "open" comes up on the
list now and again, and I don't remember there being any authoritative
list.
