[HECnet] DCL Practice - Yet another HECNET Node Status Script

Like I said elsewhere - I do not find it appropriate to have some 
automated system that tries to access my systems regularly when they do 
not have access rights. It does cause entries in the system logs about 
failed access attempts. Please don't do that.
