[HECnet] DECnet-Linux/Ubuntu 17 64-bit

No luck here either Tony so far. I can get dneigh to see the nodes but am struggling with the proxies configuration to set host to it. sethost out of it just hangs there. Will keep trying - this should work! Ubuntu 17 zesty 64 bit here btw.
