[HECnet] Recommended CISCO switch simulator with GRE support?

Very exciting. So Chris (cgk) and I are going to have fun trying a few
things:

- Current plan (in progress): give SSL over VDE switch a shot - probably
we will end up in a classic Ethernet loopback situation and move to plan B
- Plan B: bridge + tun/tap + dynamips
- Plan C: Radovan Brezula's GNS3 article
(http://brezular.com/2015/09/29/gre-tunnel-between-cisco-and-linux/)
- Plan D: Scotch, double, on the rocks

I will disconnect my MULTINET uplink to HECnet while all this
experimentation goes on (don't want to worry Johnny too much).

We will report progress here.

Thanks again all!
