There might be something wrong with your setup, Mark.  I switched to your
dynamic IP as I could not get your tunnel to come up.  However, I
discovered that your dynamic IP was attempting to connect to me, so I made
the configuration change and the link came up.  I'll try switching back,
just to make sure it isn't my end with the problem.
