[HECnet] Multics online as node 1.770 (BANAI)

Hello,

Is the code you have been working on available somewhere for
collaboration? I would be interested in adding this to my DPS8/M setup
as well and adding that to the area 18 systems. It would also be handy
as an example for gluing other networks onto the simulation.
