[HECnet] Simplest PDP-11

A pdp11/53 can run all the OSes Brian mentioned, to which I'd add RT-11,
(specifically) 2.11BSD (no need to run 2.9) and Ultrix 3.x, and that's a
fairly simple and straightforward tower machine, and certainly a lot
smaller and more power-friendly than an 11/70.
