OK. I did have two ethernet adapters configured for each server. I
disabled the second one. But, worse, in the simh ini file, both servers
had the same MAC addresses associated with their ethernet adapters. I am
not sure how this ever worked.
I am still checking things and will start working on that PDP-11 default
thing shortly.
