Yes, IP on both PDP-11 and Moe show IP-starting.  I am looking at the MAC
addresses

NCP>SHOW KNOWN CIRCUITS

Known circuits summary as of 8-JUN-2019 21:34:59

Circuit = UNA-0

   State = Off

Circuit = IP-0-0

   State = On-starting

Circuit = IP-0-1

   State = Off
