[HECnet] DECnet broken with 4.4.0-151 kernel

I just rebuilt the kernel + modules from scratch on a Pi3B+ with some thermal throttling in about 3-4 hours. The build was split across 2 days; the first day the DECnet build failed using the files I sent around. I went back to the distribution files this morning, finished the build and rebooted. So far everything works OK but I haven’t enabled DECnet - I need to reconcile my changes before doing any debugging.
