[HECnet] Curious about DECnet/Python

All 6 of my DECnet/Python nodes (currently 5 x Linux/i686, 1 x Linux IBM s390x, 1 x ARM/Raspbian) run with pcap on VDE2 switch ports. I run them as root, have to investigate if capability settings allow them to work from non-privileged accounts.

DECnet/Python is so awesome - MULTINET, GRE, ethernet, Johnny's bridge, even SIMH internal protocol - all in one Python program - amazing!
