[HECnet] Curious about DECnet/Python

I'm going to have to try to get this up on a pair of my rack units.
Blackfin (Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS), if I can get it running, will also be
called INKY::
And if I get it working, Bigeye (Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS) will be BLINKY::
