Mentec only had RT-11, RSX-11M, RSX-11M+, and RSTS/E. *UNFORTUNATELY* they didn’t have full control, or if they did, they weren’t 100%. At the last minute, they decided they’d better run the Hobbyist License past HP. It was HP that prevented us from getting it. They wanted serious $$$ to have their Lawyers review the PDP-11 Hobbyist License, and there was no way to fund that. At the time, I had the impression they thought that they’d have business later on that they’d be able to piggyback this on. Obviously that didn’t happen, and then Mentec vanished.
