[HECnet] GRE tunnel update...

Tim,

So you have GRE over IPv6?  I don't currently have IPv6 support in PyDECnet, but I've been thinking of adding it.  To do that I'd first have to make sure my connectivity to the outside world has IPv6 capability.  I think it does but right now it's not enabled.
