[HECnet] TOPS-10 D-Day, DECnet failure on November 9th is less than six days away

Our best Tops10 systems hacker in Stockholm, Johnny Ericsson who I think was responsible for 
all TOPS10 systems in Area 1 died from a aneurysm in the brain some years ago, that might explain 
why those nodes are down.
