[HECnet] req for assistance: is snmp blocked for some / all ? does it work?

I guess you can call Comcast "not real Internet" :-)
Anyway, sure, if someone can supply a suitable host for it. It's not a particularly demanding application -- a PyDECnet endnode that occasionally wakes up to do some NICE requests.
