Cherish Water

What else stops fire
but water?
 
Before the Fire Horse
starts driving us—
drink water.
And more water.
 
Find solid ground
to breathe into. 
Stay centered and calm—
because that energy is here.
 
The Fire Horse comes
with its impatience,
impulsiveness,
intensity.
In the hands of wrong people
it can be disastrous.
It is in the hands of wrong people.
 
Work for change
work for sanity
offset the fire.

Drink water.
