Restore America’s Estuaries is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which
oversees a national alliance of 11 community-based environmental organizations
from the East, West and Gulf coasts with a combined membership of over 250,000
citizens. Its mission is to preserve the nation’s network of estuaries by
protecting and restoring the lands and waters essential to the richness and
diversity of coastal life. Restore America’s Estuaries is leading a national campaign
to restore one million acres of estuarine habitat by the year 2010.
