Starting TODAY, you can help Bat Conservation International win $100,000 – AGAIN!! The Walt Disney Company has selected our Wings Across the Americas Project <http://batcon.org/index.php/what-we-do/latin-america-a-caribbean.html>  for funding through Disney’s Friends for Change: Project Green. Just like last time, your online votes will determine how much we’ll receive for this critical science and education project that will work to protect migratory bats in North, Central and South America.

Last year, BCI members and friends rallied to the call and our Philippines Bats: Extinction and Discovery! Project won $100,000 in conservation funding—but only because of dedicated BCI voters like you! Now it’s time to do it again for Wings Across the Americas.

Everyone of any age can vote at the Friends for Change website! Help Disney decide how $1 million in donations will be distributed among five programs. Wings Across the Americas will receive a portion of the funds no matter what, but the amount depends on the percentage of votes earned – first place gets $100,000! Please get involved and vote today!

It’s easy to do and you can vote once every week. Your vote can make a real difference for bats.
