I am happy to inform you that our bees and pesticides story is days away  
from finishing and we have an immediate airdate!


Tuesday, September 20th, 8pm EST
Dan Rather Reports on HDNet


Not every cable provider in every city carries HDNet, because it is an  
independent subscription station.  But if you can't catch the live  broadcast 
it will be available on iTunes usually the day after broadcast.  I don't have 
the exact title yet, but can send another email when I do.  We will most 
likely be leading the hour, but this is not reflected in  the promotion on the 
website, so I'll see if we can get a clip up on our  facebook page or 
something that would be better to link to.   


Thank you all so much for the wealth of knowledge you shared with me and  
for bearing with me as I tried to educate myself on such a complex  topic.
They are really excited about the story here, and I managed to create a  
much longer piece than is normally allotted.  Two acts!  Of course,  as this 
is a brand new topic for our audience, one has to start very basic and  is 
rarely able to get all the details and reporting one would wish, but I  really 
hope it is effective and has some impact.  


Also, my hope at this point is to have an opinion piece about the story  by 
Dan in the Huffington Post, which would appear Tuesday morning.  This  is 
not confirmed, but it would be an opportunity to get the word out to your  
constituencies.  I'll send word Monday if this will happen.  


I am still fact checking the last details and hopefully you won't mind a  
frantic email or phonecall today if I need help with one or two items :)
