[Pollinator] Bee biologists in Japan?

We are looking for a laboratory in Japan that might open its facilities to
a PhD student here at St. Louis University for a couple of weeks in June or
July or August.  He is working on kudzu and ALL the kudzu vines entangling
North America were derived from Japanese ancestors.  The student would like
to collect insect fauna visiting the flowers in Japan to see if they belong
to the same families and genera associated with the flowers her in the
midwest?
