Dear Dr. Bernhardt,



The Shoenberg Theater, inside the Ridgway Visitor Center located at 4344
Shaw- zip: 63110, is the venue for the 28th Annual John Dwyer Lecture. The
lecture is scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m.  Would you like Dr. Wyse Jackson
to make welcome remarks?



By separate e-mail Dr. Roubik named the title for his talk, *"Tropical
Biology and some Islands: a win-win for Darwinians" *



Please arrange for *Dr. Roubik to check-in at Shoenberg Theater for a 3:30p
sound check on the 22nd April*.



Dr. Roubik is registered for apartment C1 located at 4466 Castleman-first
floor from the 19th through the 22nd April; the MBG will absorb the cost
for these accommodations.  On the 19th April, the key for the apartment can
be collected from a Security Officer stationed at the ticket counter in the
Ridgway Visitor Center. As you know, the apartments are within walking
distance from Ridgway.

Dear Steve:



Good question.  Sometimes MOBOT records a talk and sometimes it does not.
I will send this question on to Kathy Farris.  David and I need information
on the time we must be present at the auditorium to load his presentation
anyway.  As the talk is at 4 PM I presume they want us there between 3:15
and 3:30.
