[Pollinator] ScienceDaily: Conservation effort spreads seeds of destruction across the Midwest

I am puzzled. Amaranths palmers is native to the area in question. The leaves, stems and seeds are edible and highly nutritious. Sounds like a ‘volunteer’ food crop. Harvest it. Sell it. Eat it. The complaining farmers are the problem, in my opinion. Agribusiness needs another wake-up call.
