[Pollinator] Fwd: book 4th ed nearly done

This is exciting (see attached).  Yes, it is the fourth edition but, as Mr
Kuiter, continues his project, the book gets bigger and more informative.
This is a superior example of citizen science.

Hi Peter,
Getting a quote for printing in a few days time, but it will be published
in a matter of weeks. Attached a pdf of what the cover look like at the
moments, but it may change. Now 340 pages.
