[Pollinator] Opportunity for Coop Agreement to inventory bumble bees

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service National Wildlife Refuge System in the
Northeast announces a Federal financial assistance opportunity (cooperative
agreement).  We are seeking applicants who can perform non-lethal bumble
bee inventories on four National Wildlife Refuges, as well as analyze
existing bee inventory data and provide habitat management
recommendations.  The work will be performed in fiscal year 2018 and the
award amount is $50,000.
