"Concern about honey bees has been an engine for shining light on the
decline of pollinators and has likely been important in raising awareness
of pollinator declines at large. Thus, a more nuanced understanding of the
role of domesticated honey bees must not be misconstrued as a general lack
of importance of conservation attention on wild native pollinators."
