Hello all,
Reminder that the Xerces Society's Western Monarch Count
<https://westernmonarchcount.org/>, an annual surveying effort that tracks
overwintering western monarchs and their habitat, is kicking off very soon!
- *Virtual Training *is happening this Thursday, 10/10/24 @ 6:30pm. This
training will be recorded and posted to the WMC website shortly
thereafter. View

- *In-field trainings *happening across California starting this
weekend. View all WMC events here.

- There are now *THREE official survey periods*, the early-season count,
mid-season count and late-season counts. Please check out our updated
website WesternMonarchCount.org to find the dates and learn more.
If you're not already registered to participate in the WMC or signed up for
