[Santa Cruz Celtic Slow Sessions] Redwood Music Camp October 17-19th

i think october IS a good month. most of the other big camps are
finished. but the discussion centered around people being ready to stay
home for awhile, after being at Lark, valley of the Moon, Grass Valley,
etc, etc.

for me, in mid-october, i always attend my church's annual silent
retreat/meditation weekend.

there are so many events. it's really hard to choose. for a couple
years, i was in two choral groups, and invariably their performances
were on the same weekends! i had to drop out of one of them because of
that - so sad!

if it weren't for my silent retreat, i would probably go to monte toyon.
on year, you had the adult camp in june, i think it was, in ancient
times (pre-pandemic) it was up at, i dunno, maybe camp harmon? some camp
with lots of disability accomodations.   i remember i was able to go
because, for once,  it didn't conflict with extended-family summer
plans  i LOVED it. it was magical. and yet, i haven't been since...
because of timing conflicts.

i'll be thinking of your camp, the program sounds fantastic...and
wishing I could be in two places at once.
