Masonic Events Email Distribution Service Serves the Freemasons of Sonoma County and the affiliated Organizations of the Masonic family. You can expand your communication to many who are very active in our fraternity. Tell everyone... the who, what, when and where about your Masonic Event. Here’s what to do and it only takes a minute... Subscribe below... You will receive a confirmation message when the moderator confirms your affiliation and finalizes your request. Then send your Masonic Event messages to the list address. One message… to one address… and it will be distributed to every subscriber. When messages pass through the Masonic Events Information Service, [Masonic Event] is automatically added the subject line of the message…. This allows recipients to easily identify our [Masonic Event] messages. Messages are not moderated or held for review by anyone. When you send your message it will immediately be distributed to every subscriber. This service is intended for the distribution of Masonic Event related messages only. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the MasonicEvents Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.)
Using MasonicEvents
To post a message to all the list members, send email to masonicevents@lists.sonic.net only. Do not add any other email addresses. Do not cc to any addresses. This results in the message to be automatically denied and keeps mass email addresses private. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to MasonicEvents
Subscribe to MasonicEvents by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once your request is approved.
