[atariparty] Less than two weeks / need some TVs/monitors!

Hi all!  Atari Party is less than two weeks away!  Tell your friends!

I'll be emailing the current list of volunteers separately, to confirm
who's coming and who's not.  (A few of you already had to bow out, due to
some other engagements.)


I'll be arriving at the library before it opens at 10am, to unload gear
and pile it up on the sidewalk next to the Blanchard Room's side entrance.
(Then, once the library opens at 10am, I'll rush in to have them unlock the
Blanchard room for us, and get their new projector system set up.)
I encourage you all to do the same! :^)  But if not, that's fine too!

The event officially opens to the public at 12pm, but I'm okay with
the public coming in to see what's going on, and lend us a hand.
Setting things up is the priority, though, so they shouldn't expect to
be able to beat Adventure while we're in there scrambling. ;^)

The library closes at 5:30pm, so we're ending the show at and kicking the
public out 5pm (unless some of them want to help us finish cleaning up).
I plan for "Cloak & Dagger" to end at around 5pm.  That gives us just over
2hrs (101 minute film + 30 minutes) to wrap things up.

Last I heard (a week ago), they are STILL not sure whether the security
system will be configured to let us stay after hours.  If that turns out
to be the case, we can run the show until later.


While I've got your attention, I'd also like to see if anyone out here
can lend me a monitor or TV.  I'm bringing 6 or 7 systems that need them,
and only have five displays (2 TVs, 2 composite monitors, 1 VGA/S-video
projector).  If you can, please let me know!
