I'm trying to confirm with everyone whether they need TVs/monitors
(I will!), or anything else.

Seth's the one person so far who had volunteered to help, but is not
exhibiting any gear.  I'd love it if a few more people can help, too.

We'll need help:
 * setting up
 * breaking down
 * moving gear
 * relief (watching gear, while their owners take a break)
 * ushering / helping attendees
 * handing out raffle tickets
