The HECNET INFO.TXT files is located in the default directory for the 
FAL$SERVER account, which is referenced from other nodes using 
<NODENAME>::INFO.TXT - for example SLAVE::INFO.TXT
[MSW]SLAVE$ type slave::info.txt

FWIW, this is not absolutely true if the nodes have proxy logins set up.
NODE:: actually means to use the proxy account; to force the default DECnet
account to be used, it's NODE""::

  If you don't have proxy access set up, then the two do the same thing.
