[HECnet] HECnet mail gateway...

I found an old message by MRC where he says that he separated out DECnet
mail server functionality from his TOPS-20 MMAILR because it didn't work
right, and created a standalone MAISER to handle DECnet mail only, leaving
MMAILR to handle Internet mail only. Anyone here know the details of this?
