[HECnet] Multinet Mail

If you have my TCP/IP installed, and you have generated DECnet with the 
Multinet lines, then things should be pretty easy. MNC might not be 
installed, but MNC.TSK should be in [IP], so just install it then.

However, do you really have all your DECnet machines on separate 
ethernets? Otherwise I would really recommend that you have DECnet on 
your local ethernet, and just have one machine which is the router to 
the outside from the ethernet segment. Individual point-to-point links 
will not be as efficient as the ethernet.
