[HECnet] Decnet on RSX-11

So, I added this command to the startup.cmd:   @LB:[IPNET]INS.CMD.

I didn't modify the file yet.  I wanted to see what it would do

The result after rebooting was this:

There are lots of errors, so I am not sure where to start.

Any advice would be appreciated.
