I stumbled across this scientific paper a couple of nights ago. It is not
a new paper but who knew that biochemistry could make such a pretty
publication? How and why does a hybrid tea rose smell like tea? What are
the four rose species (2 European + 2 Chinese) that contribute their
ancestry to the hybrid tea? Now you know what your bees smell and, by the
way, true roses do not secrete nectar. Bees harvest only pollen. Here is
