Thanks, I'll do that.
Hope to meet you all sometime soon.
My husband is learning Hammered Dulcimer
and it would be great to get to some of your slow sessions.

Didn't know you had 3 sessions? When are the other 2?

For anyone interested, there's a Celtic Fair at Ardenwood this coming Sat.
The Peninsula Fiddlers will be playing on the main stage at different times
during the afternoon.
If any of you are going, please stop by and say Hello. (I'm the one playing cello.)

Thanks again,
Coty

For Coty and anyone else who is interested in getting copies of the
books:

The 116-tune "Foinn Seisiun" book used as the basic slow-session
repertoire is usually available at sessions for $15 from Jamie.

The 1006-tune "King Street Sessions Tunebook" can be downloaded and
printed for free at
http://www.pacholo.com/mike/

I believe that the "King Street Sessions Tunebook" contains all of
the tunes in the "Foinn Seisiun" book, but it's good to have a copy
of the smaller book anyway: First, many times the slow sessions will
play a set of multiple tunes that are all on the same page in the
smaller book but on different pages in the larger one. Second, again,
the smaller book does serve as the basic slow-session repertoire (and
pretty much everyone at slow session will have it, which is not true
for the larger book).

Also, sometimes Jamie (and maybe others as well) will pass out copies
of particular song picks that aren't in the Foinn Seisiun book.
